tkaka's Complete Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms & conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tkaka platform ("Platform") and all its services. By creating an account or starting to use the services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

tkaka is an online betting and casino platform that provides various gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The platform includes sports betting, slot games, live casino, and other entertainment gaming activities.

1.1 Interpretation of Terms

In this document, "user" or "you" refers to any person registered with or using tkaka's services. "Platform" refers to the tkaka website and all its associated services. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms have been drafted and interpreted in accordance with relevant international gaming laws and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through an arbitration process.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old to use tkaka's services. Only those aged 21 or above are permitted to create an account and participate in gaming activities on this platform. The platform may request valid identification at any time to verify age.

2.2 Account Registration

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and any other required details. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and any earned bonuses may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You are liable for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify the tkaka support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tkaka may request identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• National ID card (NID) or passport copy
• Recent bank statement or utility bill
• Document confirming ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is completed.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. tkaka reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at tkaka is ৳100, applicable to all approved payment methods. Deposits can currently be made through the following methods:

• bKash — Mobile Financial Service
• Nagad — Postal Department Digital Payment
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank Service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank

Betting activities can only begin once the deposited funds are reflected in the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Payment Verification

Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. If fraudulent activity is suspected, the withdrawal will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkaka offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. The current wagering requirement is 15x. For example, receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳30,000 (৳2,000 × 15) must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers may change at any time at tkaka's discretion.
• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• No bonus may be combined with another bonus unless explicitly stated.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and all winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
• Bonuses apply only against real money deposits — not against any bonus balance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on tkaka are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting. If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, tkaka reserves the right to settle it according to system records.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, official results are considered final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded or settled according to the relevant rules.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

In live casino games, the live dealer's decision is final. If the internet connection is lost, any ongoing hand or round will be settled according to system records.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a technical error in software or hardware causes an incorrect payout to be displayed, tkaka reserves the right to void that payout. In such cases, any incorrectly credited amount may be recovered from the account.

7 Responsible Gaming

tkaka places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment — not as a source of income.

7.1 Self-Control Tools

Users can use the following tools to manage their gaming habits:

• Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Temporary account break (cooling-off period)
• Self-Exclusion — fully deactivating the account for a set period
• Setting bet limits

7.2 Age Verification

tkaka follows strict age verification procedures to prevent minors (under 21) from using the services. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be closed immediately.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkaka:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating an account with false or fraudulent information
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activities
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games
• Hacking, cracking, or any other technical attack
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage (collusion)
• Filing chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against the platform

If any of the above activities are found, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9 Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content on the tkaka platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of tkaka. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify this content for any purpose.

9.1 Third-Party Content

Games available on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective game developers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, etc.). Copying or reproducing this game content will constitute a violation of the relevant provider's intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

tkaka is an entertainment gaming platform. tkaka is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses arising from a user's gaming activities
• Games being disrupted due to internet connection loss or device issues
• Delays or errors caused by third-party software or payment providers
• Unexpected technical issues or force majeure circumstances

10.1 Acknowledgment of Risk

The user acknowledges that online gaming carries financial risk. It is strongly advised not to bet more than you can afford to lose without financial hardship.

11 Amendment & Termination of Terms

11.1 Right to Amend

tkaka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after amended terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Service Termination

tkaka reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any service with prior notice where required. In the event of a service shutdown, users with active balances will be given the opportunity to withdraw their funds.
